TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: 2020 NLM NCBI CoLab Datasets Survey

PURPOSE:

The goal of this National Library of Medicine (NLM) survey is to collect qualitative customer service delivery feedback from users of the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) CoLab Datasets. The survey seeks information on how people are currently using the dataset in their research and what changes and improvements they would like for this resource.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Respondents will be public users of the NCBI CoLab Datasets resource.
