Proposed Questions and Mode of Administration

The purpose of the information collection is to obtain stakeholder perspectives (grantees and their partners) on the goals of the process evaluation of the Human Trafficking Youth Prevention Education (HTYPE) Demonstration Program. The feedback collected will help inform decisions for the process evaluation.

The estimated time for the discussion is 10 minutes. Participation is voluntary. No identifying information will be collected, and information will be kept private to the extent permitted by law.

An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The OMB # for this collection is 0970-0401 and the expiration date is 5/31/2020.
