cooperation, I could not obtain the valuable information that the Department of Labor
uses to update the Consumer Price Index.
Please remember that your information is strictly confidential under Title 13, United
States Code. The Census Bureau uses your responses to prepare statistical summaries, so
no one can identify you or your family by name.
I am grateful for your help in collecting data on frequently purchased items made by your
household for that two week period.
