CHANGES TO THE

EXPORT-IMPORT BANK REPORT OF PREMIUMS PAYABLE FOR EXPORTERS ONLY

OMB NUMBER 3048-0017, FORM NUMBER EIB 92-29

FEBRUARY 22, 2007

1. We replaced "Report Period", Month/Day/Year at top of page one with a more simplified "Month" and "Year"

2. We dropped the asterisk from "Transaction Amount" column heading and the asterisk explanation below the table referring to enter "financed amount" if the policy type is "FISC" which we have retired.

3. We added City column before "Country" column. Replacing "Shipment Date column" which had appeared after Transaction Amount column.

4. We reincorporated two "Do Not Use this code lines and codes "B" and "C" to the Transaction Type selections in right margin (to avoid customer confusion in re-coding transaction types that longtime customers are used to).

5. On page two, Step 2 we added City.

6. We added this sentence to the certification language at the bottom of the first page: We further understand that these certifications are subject to the penalties for fraud against the U.S. Government (18 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.).

From an admin burden standpoint, the cumulative changes should reduce exporter completion time compared to the form currently approved by OMB. However, we are not changing our burden estimate at this time.
