APHIS conducted another review of APHIS 7041, Live Dog Import Health and Rabies Certificate, and made further minor edits to its captions, administrative instructions, certifications, and instructions. The changes clarify what is being requested and/or why. In the rabies vaccination section, LOT EXPIRATION DATE was added to the LOT NUMBER column header. Also, MM/DD/YYYY was added to column headers that ask for a date. Finally, the government official’s name and signature fields were removed since they are not yet required.
None of the changes affect response times or type of information being requested.
