The Census Bureau is inviting you to participate in a special coronavirus Household Pulse Survey. This survey is being conducted over the next five days only. It is separate from the 2020 Census.

Americans are facing significant changes in their lives as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Many American households have seen changes in their finances, employment, staying healthy, education, and socializing with friends and family.
Your answers, combined with those of households across the country, can guide federal, state and local policymakers in making decisions that support our nation’s communities in their recovery. While your participation is voluntary, it is important. This survey provides information that cannot be collected elsewhere.
