According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a valid OMB control number. The valid OMB control number for this information collection is 0581-0178. The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 15 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING FORM RAC-33


A copy of this report shall be submitted to the RAC not later than 10:00 am Wednesday of each week as of the close of business on the preceding Saturday and shall cover the disposition of all standard grade raisins recovered by the non-acquiring handler by reconditioning off-grade raisins during the preceding week. The reports shall be numbered consecutively for each crop year and shall be certified by a responsible official of the handler. This report is concerned only with receipts reported on form RAC-31.

Item (3) Enter number of applicable weight certificate.


Item (4) Enter number of USDA inspection certificate.


Item (5) Enter net weight of natural condition raisins.


Item (6) Enter weight of standard raisins recovered from reconditioning off-grade raisins.


Item (7) Enter name of packer or other outlet to whom standard raisins were delivered.


Item (8) Show date delivered.


Item (9) Enter totals of standard raisins recovered this week.


Item (10) Enter totals of standard raisins recovered from the beginning of the season through the reporting period.

















This report is required by law (7 U.S.C. 608d, 7 CFR 989.73, 7 CFR 989.173(b)(5)). Failure to report can result in a fine of $2,750 for each such violation, and each day during which such violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
