Expunge111ent/Reexamination Proc.e.eding: a response must be due for an Office ac.tion issued in connection with an expungement or reexamination procee.ding. Confirm that an Office action has been issued on the STATUS tab of the Trademark Status & Document Retrie\·al (TSDR)�ystem under the
PROCEEDINGS dropdown menu.
