The title of the Security Instrument is modified as follows: HEALTHCARE MORTGAGE, SECURITY AGREEMENT, ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS, AND FIXTURE FILING (HAWAII).

The following sections are inserted into the Security Instrument and made a part thereof:

49. FUTURE ADVANCES. Borrower and Lender understand and agree that under future advances, up to but not exceeding the maximum amount of future advances as stated herein, shall be superior to any subsequently recorded mortgage, lien, or other encumbrances or conveyance, other than liens for real property taxes and assessments for public improvements, even though the subsequently recorded mortgage, lien, or other encumbrance or conveyance is recorded prior to the date upon which any advance or advances have been made.

THE SECURITY INSTRUMENT SHALL BE PREPARED TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCAL FILING JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE DOCUMENT IS TO BE RECORDED AND FILED.
