This data is being collected to verify compliance with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program, as set forth in
Funding Opportunity Announcement DE-FOA-0000013 Attachment C, the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (P.L. 110-140).
This collection also meets the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requirements for (1) grant and financial administration, and (2)
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA or Recovery Act; Pub. L. No. 111-5) funds. EECBG is authorized under the Energy
Policy and Conservation Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. 6321 et seq.).
Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average three hours to complete each annual report for financing
programs created in three grant programs; the EECBG Formula Grants, the EECBG Better Neighborhoods-EECBG Competitive Topic 1
Grant, and the EECBG Better Neighborhoods- EECBG Competitive Topic 2 Grant. There are 54 reporting entities managing 101 financing
programs. This annual report is mandatory for grantees that are actively using EECBG funds in Financing Programs.
