OSHA has determined an ETS is
necessary to protect workers from the grave danger posed by
COVID-19 and is issuing an ETS that amends 29 CFR 1910 subpart U to
provide COVID-19 protections to workers of employers with 100 or
more employees.
The Emergency Temporary
Standard (ETS) for COVID-19 Vaccination, Testing, and Face
Coverings contains collection of information requirements that are
subject to review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), 44 U.S.C. 3501, et
seq., and OMB’s regulations at 5 CFR part 1320.OSHA has determined
an ETS is necessary to protect workers from the grave danger posed
by COVID-19 and is issuing an ETS that amends 29 CFR 1910 subpart U
to provide COVID-19 protections to workers of employers with 100 or
more employees.
