The United States of America, acting through the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency,

This subordination covers: (1) the amount actually loaned by the Government to the Borrower (principal and accrued interest) for the foregoing purposes, (2) future advances for taxes, insurance, payment of prior liens, and protection of the security, and (3) the amount actually advanced for foreclosure costs made by the Government. According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a valid OMB control number.
