SECTION A - SUMMARY OF BLOOD TESTING WORK

Report under “Flocks Tested” all Flocks officially tested as prospective participating flocks, including those rejected. Report only the
results of the FIRST TEST of the flock. Do not include the results of re-testing in this section. Flocks in which reactors were found on
the first test should be included under “Flocks Tested” and also reported under “Flocks With Reactors.” Birds which reacted to a
blood test but were cleared by laboratory examination should not be reported as “Reactors.” Report the results of testing under each
disease control program separately without regard to the results of tests under other programs.
