APHIS Form 7041 was edited to simplify its completion or identifying submitting veterinarians. The subcaptions were removed from the form’s title and the importer’s email address field, and a field for country was added to the “Address of Veterinarian” to ensure it is provided.
The burden estimate remains unchanged.
