SEC. 32204. AUTHORITY TO DISQUALIFY FOREIGN COMMERCIAL DRIVERS.

Section 31310 is amended by adding at the end the following:
‘‘(k) FOREIGN COMMERCIAL DRIVERS.—A foreign commercial
driver shall be subject to disqualification under this section.’’.
