representative of the Tribe or the
Alcohol Regulatory Authority
authorized to pledge Tribal credit or
financial responsibility for any of the
expenses of his or her business
operation. The Licensee shall hold the
Kaw Nation harmless from all claims
and liability of whatever nature. The
Alcohol Regulatory Authority shall
revoke the License related to any
Premises if said Premises is not
operated in a businesslike manner or if
it does not remain financially solvent or
does not pay its operating expenses and
bills before they become delinquent.
Section 11.4
Insurance
The Licensee shall maintain at his or
her expense adequate insurance
covering liability risk as determined by
Regulations adopted by the Alcohol
Regulatory Authority.
Section 11.5
Audit and Inspection
All of the books and other business
records of the Licensed business shall
be available for inspection and audit by
the Alcohol Regulatory Authority or its
authorized representative at any
reasonable time.
Section 11.6
Bonding
Payment of Tax; Reports;
The tax, together with financial
reports showing all Sales of Alcohol
shall be remitted to the Kaw Nation Tax
Commission monthly unless otherwise
specified, in writing, by the Alcohol
Regulatory Authority. The Alcohol
Regulatory Authority may require a
Licensee to furnish a satisfactory bond
to the Tribe in an amount to be specified
by the Alcohol Regulatory Authority
guaranteeing his or her payment of taxes
provided herein.
Section 11.7
Violation—Penalties

Any person violating the Ordinance
shall be guilty of a civil offense and
subject to a fine set by the Alcohol
Regulatory Authority. Any person who
violates the provisions set forth herein
shall forfeit all of the Alcohol on the
Premises. The Alcohol Regulatory
Authority shall be empowered to seize
all forfeited Alcohol. Specific fines shall
be set by the Alcohol Regulatory
Authority and may be amended from
time to time by official action of the
Alcohol Regulatory Authority.
Section 11.8
Severability
If any provision of this Ordinance in
its application to any person or
circumstance is held invalid, the
remainder of this Ordinance and its
application to other persons or
circumstances is not affected.

Section 11.9 Amendments
Any amendments to this Ordinance
shall be approved by the Tribal Council
and will be effective as of the date
approved by the Bureau of Indian
Affairs.

A Federal Register notice with a 60day public comment period soliciting
comments on this collection of
information was published on May 20,
2021 (86 FR 27465). No comments were
received.
As part of our continuing effort to
reduce paperwork and respondent
burdens, we are again soliciting
comments from the public and other
Federal agencies on the proposed ICR
that is described below. We are
especially interested in public comment
addressing the following:
(1) Whether or not the collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the
agency, including whether or not the
information will have practical utility;
(2) The accuracy of our estimate of the
burden for this collection of
information, including the validity of
the methodology and assumptions used;
(3) Ways to enhance the quality,

Since February 1991, the U.S.
International Trade Commission
(‘‘Commission’’) has published in the
Federal Register reports on the status of
its practice with respect to breaches of
its administrative protective orders
(‘‘APOs’’) under title VII of the Tariff
Act of 1930 in response to a direction
contained in the Conference Report to
the Customs and Trade Act of 1990.
Over time, the Commission has added to
its report discussions of APO breaches
in Commission proceedings other than
under title VII and violations of the
Commission’s rules, including the rule
on bracketing business proprietary
information (the ‘‘24-hour rule’’). This
notice provides a summary of APO
breach investigations completed during
fiscal years 2020 and 2021. This
summary addresses APO breach
investigations related to proceedings
under both title VII and section 337 of
the Tariff Act of 1930. The Commission
intends for this summary to inform
representatives of parties to Commission
proceedings of the specific types of APO
breaches before the Commission and the
corresponding types of actions that the
Commission has taken.
