Abstract: Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 45P provides employers a credit for eligible differential wage payments made to qualified employees of the taxpayer after June 17, 2008. Employers use Form 8932 to calculate and claim the credit for eligible differential payments made to qualified employees.
