Department received the comment submitted by Andrew Straw in response to the 60-day Federal
Register Notice published for Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposals, Submissions, and
Approvals: Camp Lejeune Family Members Program-Reimbursement of Certain Medical Expenses; OMB
No. 0822; FR Doc No: 2022-05662 and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. Our department will
review Mr. Straw’s file regarding his complaint about being wrongfully denied medical benefits due to
not meeting specific residency requirements for admission into the Camp Lejeune Family Member
Program. If we find any discrepancies in his denial, we will facilitate contact with Mr. Straw.
The content of Mr. Straw’s submission does not include content pertaining to the information collection
in review. We decline to make any adjustments or changes to the following forms: 10-10068 Camp
