FNS anticipates the following burden from State and Local Government staff.

SNAP State Program	will submit	Waiver request	Thus,	53 respondents will submit	12 Waiver requests	over the course of a year. Each request will take	10 hours to prepare, for a total of	6,360 burden hours per year.
SNAP State Program	will submit	Data/FFCRA Reports	Thus,	53 respondents will submit	3 Data Reports	over the course of a year. Each request will take	3 hours to prepare, for a total of	477 burden hours per year.
SNAP State Agency	will submit	Weekly Oper.Update	Thus,	53 respondents will submit	52 Weekly Oper.Update	over the course of a year. Each request will take	1 hours to prepare, for a total of	2,756 burden hours per year.
WIC State Program Staff	will submit	Eval survey/FFCRA Report	Thus,	20 respondents will submit	1 FFCRA Report	over the course of a year. Each request will take	2 hours to prepare, for a total of	40 burden hours per year.
WIC State Program Staff	will submit	MIS Data Pull	Thus,	20 respondents will submit	1 MIS Data Pull Form	over the course of a year. Each request will take	1.5 hours to prepare, for a total of	30 burden hours per year.
FMNP State Program Staff	will submit	Eval info/FFCRA Report	Thus,	22 respondents will submit	1 FFCRA Report	over the course of a year. Each request will take	2 hours to prepare, for a total of	44 burden hours per year.
CN State Agency	will review	12(l) waiver guidance	Thus,	67 respondents will review	1 guidance	over the course of a year. Each review will take	0.25 hours to complete, for a total of	16.75 burden hours per year.
CN State Agency	will submit	Statewide waiver	Thus,	67 respondents will submit	1.94 waiver requests	over the course of a year. Each request will take	1 hour to prepare, for a total of	130 burden hours per year.
CN State Agency	will prepare	Public Notice	Thus,	67 respondents will prepare	1.94 public notice	over the course of a year. Each request will take	0.5 hours to prepare, for a total of	65 burden hours per year.
