Subject: Please Complete RHYTTAC National Needs Assessment Survey

The Runaway and Homeless Youth Training and Technical Assistance Center (RHYTTAC) is
pleased to inform you that the National Needs Assessment Survey is now open. The
survey should take 20-30 minutes to complete, and we appreciate your participation.
Please complete the survey by TBD
Completing the survey will help define, prioritize, and plan training and technical
assistance events and make improvements to meet the needs of service providers and
partners like you.

Please submit only one form per organization. If your organization has more than site
administering different FYSB programs, you can submit one survey per site. Otherwise, we
will not be able to use information from multiple surveys completed for the same
organization.
If you have questions about how to complete the survey using the web form, Chapin Hall
researchers will be available to answer questions during an upcoming TA Café on Zoom at
[scheduled Zoom link] on [insert date and time]. If you missed the video that described the
survey purpose and tips on how to best complete it, you can access it here (link).
