The MSPB is submitting a justification for a non-substantive change to e-Appeal Online/Appeal Form (MSPB Form 185). In June 2016, we received a one-year reinstatement/extension of this ICR in order to develop and submit a new ICR package incorporating relevant updates. However, we have not completed this process due to continuing vacancies and other operational priorities, which disproportionately affect a small agency like MSPB where one person is responsible for PRA compliance as one of many duties. We now are in the process of recruiting for two vacancies, and we expect another one-year reinstatement/extension will allow us to submit the updated ICR package well before the end of that period.
