INSTRUCTIONS FOR FSA-2317
CONSENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
This form is used in Uniform Commercial Code States when a security interest is taken in property after it has become a fixture, unless otherwise provided for in State Supplement.  The form sets the terms and conditions under which the prior lienholder subordinates its lien to FSA.
