Email #1 for PM ARDAP Climate Survey

Team ARDAP,

Ms. Potts and I are excited to launch our first ever ARDAP climate survey, to include all military, government, and contract workforce. This is a confidential, voluntary survey that assesses factors that can impact our organization’s command climate and ability to achieve our mission. The link below will take you directly to the survey on MilSuite.

There are several items that stemmed from the PEO EIS Climate Survey that is prompting us to want to do our own. Mostly, we can drive down to our own data and make the right changes to improve our culture and climate for YOU! And given that our workforce include a significant percentage of contractors, we thought it was so important to hear their inputs as well. So we did the extra work to get the right approvals to be permitted to include them.

The survey is 19 questions and should take about 30 minutes. We’ll leave the link up for until XXX DATE and send a few reminders.

Please – this is very important to both our organization and to Jen and me personally.

We want to do this for you – our team.

Remember – this is anonymous so please be honest.
