The new licensing/dog standards rule was recently revised and its language requires that dangerous animals must be clearly designated on the application and the certificate. To ensure compliance, APHIS Form 7003A, Application for License, Q. 11 has been modified to separate “Nonhuman Primates Groups 5-6” into “Nonhuman Primates Group 5” and “Nonhuman Primates Group 6”.
This change clarifies and simplifies data entry and adds no new responses nor new burden on the respondent.
