Thank you for your interest in our research study, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and conducted by researchers from North Carolina State University and RTI International.

According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a valid OMB control number. The valid OMB control number for this information collection is 0583-0169 and the expiration date is xx/xx/xxxx. If you are eligible for the study on recipe testing, you will be asked to prepare a meal while being videotaped and to participate in an interview. The study will last up to 2 hours, and you will receive a $75 gift card and a small gift for taking part in the study.
