The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service is soliciting comments on a 60-day Federal Register Notice, 86 FR 62773. I am reaching out to your organization to ensure you are aware of this notice and have the opportunity to provide comments.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on this proposed information collection. This collection is a revision of a currently approved collection of information relating to the reporting and recordkeeping burden associated with the Federal-State Supplemental Nutrition Programs Agreement (Form FNS-339).

Comments can be submitted through the Federal eRulemaking Portal. The link can be accessed here and submitters can follow the online instructions for submitting comments electronically. Written comments must be received on or before January 11, 2022. All responses to this notice will be summarized and included in the request for Office of Management and Budget approval of this revised burden estimate. All comments will be a matter of public record.
