The Emergency Stopgap USCIS Stabilization Act (RIN 1615-AC73) designated two new I-140 visa classifications as eligible
for premium processing service requests, with a 45-day timeframe for USCIS to adjudicate. The I-140 Instructions were
updated with new language about how to determine whether a classification or category is available for premium processing.
