To assist military spouses pursuing licenses, certifications or associate’s degrees necessary for gainful employment; to provide a record of
educational endeavors and progress of military spouses participating in education services; and to manage the tuition assistance scholarship,

The information is collected to ensure military spouses meet eligibility requirements for participation in the program and is matched against
