Justification for No Material/Nonsubstantive Change

This nonsubstantive change request submission is in response to an error in the certification statement on page 5 the form discovered by U.S. Fish and Wildlife (Service, we, FWS) Wildlife Inspectors. The certification statement referred to a question that did not exist. We updated FWS Form 3-200-23 to correct the statement. We also updated the associated version on our ePermits system.
The updated text is highlighted in yellow on the top of page 5 in the version (dated 05/2022) uploaded to ROCIS.
We made no other changes to the previously submitted information.
