QUARTERLY PROGRAM REPORT
INSTRUCTIONS
The Quarterly Program Report format is designed to gather production and expenditure data. This report is to be submitted quarterly to the applicable Department of Energy 30 days after the end of the reporting period.
GRANT OUTLAYS - FUNDS SUBJECT TO DOE E&I PROGRAM RULES

Weatherization-Readiness: E&I Metrics for Grantees with awards to make homes weatherization-ready. This is a heading, no data reported in this row.
Number of units rehabilitated: Number of units rehabilitated to be weatherization-ready by unit type specified. The sum should be equal to or less than total units completed with funds in the approved DOE budget.
