Justification for No material/Nonsubstantive Change to the

Federal Home Loan Bank Directors, OMB No. 2590-0006
FHFA is requesting a No material/Nonsubstantive Change to this information collection.
FHFA has updated the three currently approved Forms in this information collection to fillable
PDFs. The Forms are: the Federal Home Loan Bank Independent Director Application Form,
the Federal Home Loan Bank Independent Director Annual Certification Form; and the Federal
Home Loan Bank Member Director Eligibility Certification Form.
The substance of the Forms was approved by OMB in 2021 (see OMB Notice of Action
7/16/2021, ICR Reference Number: 202105-2590-001) therefore we are providing the Forms with
the same approved substance but formatted into fillable PDFs.
