Abstract: This collection involves information regarding the location of the demaraction point, antennas placed on subscriber premises, and the state of the market. This information will be used to foster competition in local telecommunications markets by ensuring that competing telecommunications providers are able to provide services to customers in multiple tenant environments.

The adjustments are as follows: -1,548 to the number of respondents (from 6,570 to 5,022), -14,525 to the annual number of responses (from 232,183 to 217,658 responses) and -21,968 hours to the annual burden hours (from 166,185 to 144,217). The annual cost for this collection remains at $0.
