Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO): Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program and National Leadership Grants for Libraries program

IMLS is requesting a change to a previously approved clearance in order to change the Laura Bush 21^st Century Librarian Program and National Leadership Grants for Libraries program. This updated grant program clearance is requesting the same expiration date of 07/31/2018.

The information collections in this package include the guidelines and instructions to apply for IMLS support in the Laura Bush 21^st Century Librarian Program and the National Leadership Grants for Libraries program.

• A few grammatical changes.

• Corrections (to align with, for example, the PIS or the form name), as with:

• Pages 16 and 21 of LB21 and pages 14 and 19 of NLG-L, with the changes to “category” and “type”

• Page 25 of LB21 and page 23 of NLG-L, with the addition of “IMLS” to “IMLS Budget Form” header

• Page 26 of LB21 and page 23 of NLG-L, with the correction of Digital Products Form to Digital Product Form

• The correction of the subheaders

• Page 27 of LB21 and page 24 of NLG-L, with the inclusion of “Final” with “Final Federally Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate”

• The removal of “Ignition” from “Sparks Ignition Grants” in NLG-L

• Page 28 of NLG-L, with the removal of the sentence about cost principles, which was removed from all other NOFOs

• Page 28 of NLG-L, with the removal of the unallowable cost bullet about animal enclosures, which had no place here

• Addition of the Organizational Profile description is rectifying an omission held over from previous years;

• Deletion of D.2.Part II.d removes a duplication with Section G.

• Corrected the clearance number sections at the very end of the program language.

The respondent burden should remain the same.
