0535-0218 – Agricultural Resource Management Survey (ARMS) Phase II
Rice and Corn
Following a review of the ARMS II questionnaires that were recently approved by OMB through a substantive change on May 8, 2020, the USDA Risk Management Agency noticed a question that had accidentally been omitted from the rice and corn versions. The question relates to a new Federal Crop Insurance policy that was enacted in 2020 relating to hurricane damages to crops.
The question that was omitted is:
b. Did you purchase a policy for Hurricane Insurance Protection - Wind Index in 2020? YES = 1 NO = 3 |

NASS would like to add this question to both the rice and corn versions of the ARMS II surveys.
