The details of the proposed revisions to this ICR are summarized here:

• CDC is requesting a nonmaterial/non-substantive change to the Awardee Lead Profile Assessment (ALPA) survey (Attachment 4b) and the training manual (Attachment 4c) to help guide respondents through taking ALPA. The change will be to add an asterisk behind each mention of the term “screening and/or testing”. The asterisk will be explained in the footer of the document and will define the term “screening and/or testing” for clarity.

• This will not affect the currently approved annual burden hours. There is no change to the method of deployment for the survey.
