Explanation of Non-Substantive Changes to OMB Control Number: 3060-1300:
Purpose of this Submission: This submission is being made for proposed non-substantive changes to an existing information collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507.
This submission provides the final versions of FCC Form 2302(a) (consisting of Word and Excel Templates) and of FCC Form 2302(b) (Certification Form) to reflect OMB approval on March 1, 2022 and the assignment of OMB Control No. 3060-1300 to this new collection.
In addition, this submission provides the final version of the 2022 MDC Instructions to Third Mandatory Data Collection which is now paginated because the previous version was not.
