[1, 2] If construction is complete, please provide AS-BUILT drawings with explicit geographic control, horizontal datum
(NAD27 or NAD83), survey unit, survey date and any other relevant information. Digital data is preferred (.TXT or .XYZ
format, .PDF files, CAD, GIS, etc.). If construction deviated from the permit, please provide a plan with the changes made
or indicate what changed from the original plan.
[3] If the project involved dredging, please provide a dated copy of a signed after-dredge survey or controlling depth for
the entire dredged area. Digital data is preferred (.TXT or .XYZ format, .PDF files, CAD, GIS, etc.).
[4] Please provide the Geographic Coordinate System used in the as-built drawings or after-dredge survey.
