The Department of the Air Force is dedicated to support our Airmen and Guardians as they face tough interpersonal topics, such as sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic violence, stalking, and cyber harassment. As part of the victim response team, you play a critical role in helping Airmen and Guardians during a difficult time in their life – thank you for being on the front lines of providing support. We are continuously seeking to improve support for victims of interpersonal violence and we need your assistance in recruiting survivors to give candid feedback about their experiences with reporting.

Please print off and place the attached QR code someplace visible in your office. It can be in the waiting area, near seats where survivors might sit down, or feel free to print off copies to hand to Airmen and Guardians that have reported an incident of interpersonal violence.

Participation is voluntary and this survey is anonymous. Do not hesitate to direct questions to your VPPM or email me directly.

Thank you for your time and effort.

About six months ago, we in HAF/A1Z asked for your assistance in recruiting survivors to give candid feedback about their experiences with reporting. Thank you so much for your help! We are in the next phase of feedback collection and we again are asking for your assistance in recruiting survivors to take part in the survey. We are interested in seeing how processes have changed or improved over the last six months, even if nothing significantly changed for your office.
