IAFF is 92% of all career FDs – they have a very high percentage

IAFC is about 65% of FDs --- where the chief is a member – it will be a bit higher if we include BCs and middle management; We will pick up a good number of volunteers from the IAFC as well.

NVFC – is much lower --- found out this is about 3%

3870*((.03+.65)/2)=1315

630*.92=579

Total=1894

4500-1894=2606

2606*.60 (roughly 50% in one database, 30% in the other plus internet searches)=1563
