Tax Notice Regarding Rollovers (RI 37–
22).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: As
required by the Paperwork Reduction
Act of 1995 OPM is soliciting comments
for this collection. The information
collection (OMB No. 3206–0212) was
previously published in the Federal
Register on January 12, 2022 at 87 FR
1793, allowing for a 60-day public
comment period. No comments were
received for this collection. The purpose
of this notice is to allow an additional
30 days for public comments. The Office
of Management and Budget is
particularly interested in comments
that:
1. Evaluate whether the proposed
collection of information is necessary
for the proper performance of functions
of the agency, including whether the
information will have practical utility;

to collect information from each payee
affected by a change in the tax code so
that OPM can make payment in
accordance with the wishes of the
payee. RI 38–118, Rollover Information,
explains the election. RI 37–22, Special
Tax Notice Regarding Rollovers,
provides more detailed information.

On November 5, 2021,1 the
Participants 2 in the Second Restatement
of the Consolidated Tape Association
(‘‘CTA’’) Plan and the Restated
Consolidated Quotation (‘‘CQ’’) Plan
(collectively ‘‘CTA/CQ Plans’’ or
‘‘Plans’’) 3 filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (‘‘SEC’’ or
‘‘Commission’’), pursuant to Section
11A of the Securities Exchange Act of
1934 (‘‘Act’’) 4 and Rule 608 of
Regulation National Market System
(‘‘NMS’’) thereunder,5 a proposal
(‘‘Proposed Amendments’’) to amend
the Plans. The Proposed Amendments
were published for comment in the
Federal Register on November 29,
2021.6
On February 24, 2022, the
Commission instituted proceedings
pursuant to Rule 608(b)(2)(i) of
