This notice is for the full amount due for the livestock sold. If my calculations are in error or my estimates are incorrect, due to lack of settlement records, this notice will be for the account amount due for the livestock sales noted above.
As required by law, I am forwarding a copy of this letter to the Agricultural Marketing Service, Fair Trade Practices Program, Packers and Stockyards Division Regional Office in (Regional Office Address).
