Cultural Heritage Drop Down List

Initial view of Ethnicity, Race, and Cultural Heritage

Since the page is dynamic, we are unable to capture screenshots of the Cultural Heritage drop
down list. However, here are the options presented based on how the Hispanic or Latino
question is answered and which Race boxes are checked.
If the applicant answers 'Yes' to the "Are you Hispanic or Latino?" question and they
check/select the Race "Declined to Respond", they will be presented with a Cultural Heritage
picklist that only contains the value 'Other'.
If the applicant answers 'Yes' to the "Are you Hispanic or Latino?" question and they
check/select any Race other than "Declined to Respond", they will be presented with a Cultural
Heritage picklist that contains the values 'None', 'Other', and the values appropriate for the
chosen Race(s).
If the applicant answers 'No' to the "Are you Hispanic or Latino?" question and they check/select
any Race other than "Declined to Respond", they will be presented with a Cultural Heritage
picklist that contains the values 'None', 'Other', and the values appropriate for the chosen Race.

Depending on the Race or Races selected, the Cultural Heritage pop-list may contain the
following:
