Registration is Open: Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Database
Registration is now open for data submission to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Database. Hospitals that have administered the AHRQ Hospital survey can now voluntarily submit their data, which also may include the new Workplace Safety, Value and Efficiency and/or Health IT Patient Safety Supplemental Items.
To register, please go to https://sopsdatabase.ahrq.gov/hospital.
Data submission is open from June 1 – July 22
Eligible hospitals must be in the U.S. or U.S. territories
This database is a central repository for survey data from hospitals, health systems, or survey vendors that have administered the AHRQ hospital survey instrument. One of the purposes of the database is to produce results to help hospitals identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in their patient safety culture. Results are reported in the aggregate and do not include any information identifying participating hospitals.
