Removed the following sentence from section 10; Information for the Chief Law Enforcement Officer: “A “Yes” answer to items 8.a – 8.h., 9.d., or 9.e. could disqualify a person from acquiring or possessing a firearm. Also, ATF will not approve an application if the transfer or possession of the firearm is in violation of State or local law.”
Updated Definitions Section 14 to read as follows: “victim, or by a person who has a current or recent former dating relationship with the victim (as defined in 18 U.S.C 921(a)(37)).”
Amended Question 8.e as follows: “On or after the age of 16, have you ever been adjudicated as a mental defective OR have you ever been committed to a mental institution?”
