NRCareers receives résumés from USAJobs. In the process, the résumés are stripped of any formatting and line breaks.
Other USAjobs docs may also be selected and uploaded into the NRCareers application (i.e., references, certifications,
SF-50s, appraisals, etc.). Some demographic data from USAJobs may be shared with Monster. User is presented with the
following screen before being directed to Monster.

After selecting USAJobs docs and voluntarily participating in the USAJobs survey, applicants are forwarded to respective
Agency Sites to provide vacancy-specific responses. Fed agencies generally use Monster or OPM’s USA Staffing to collect
this info. Screenshots follow.
