This information is necessary to verify compliance with provisions of the Marketing Order. Failure to report can result in a fine of not less than $50.00 and not more than $5,000 for each such violation, and each day during which such a violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.

The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 6 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.
