Non-Substantive Change

EXIM is requesting non-substantive change on pages 1and 2 of the Form EIB 99-14 for the Note that in the existing version appears at the top of each of the form’s two pages.

Specifically, the Note at the top of page One should be updated as stated below. The Note is only needed on page One and should be removed from page Two

Existing:

Note: Trade Experience Form should be signed and dated by the person taking the information and should be a person that is not from the foreign buyer or a company related to the foreign buyer.

Updated:

Note: This Trade Reference Form should be completed, signed, and dated by the person obtaining the information.  It should not be completed by any individual closely associated with the foreign buyer, including any shareholders, employees, or related companies of the foreign buyer.

These changes are intended to clarify the note, correct its grammar, and to remove redundancy.
