This research represents the final
element of our three-prong strategy to understand the impact of
targeted MoA claims in promotional materials on the risk and
benefit perceptions and behavioral intentions of consumers and
HCPs. This will allow us to provide operational advice to OPDP
reviewers on how best to comment on promotional presentations that
include targeted MoA claims. The objective is operational. We do
not have a guidance planned on this topic at this time but once all
data has been analyzed from each part of the strategic assessment
of targeted MoA claims, those data may inform future
guidance.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
