Hello, my name is __________________________ and I’m calling from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention. How are you today? I’m calling because we are conducting a survey among community-based organizations that provide HIV prevention services. Your organization was selected from a list of organizations to help us with our survey. We would like to determine the interest, current capacity, and anticipated needs of community-based organizations for engagement with biomedical HIV prevention interventions such as PrEP, TasP, and nPEP as part of their HIV prevention services. The survey should take no more than 20-30 minutes to complete. Would you (the executive level staff member) or someone from your organization be interested and willing to complete our survey?
