Summary of Changes


We are requesting a change in the information collection request (ICR) for the Community-Based Organizations’ Changes in Preparedness and Resources for Support of Biomedical HIV Prevention OMB # 0920-1321 (exp. 2/28/2023).


We are requesting to include additional 15 questions assess CBO’s experiences related to Monkeypox. This information will help CDC identify areas for capacity building of CBOs on how CBO can scale up their services during an outbreak. These requested changes do not impact or change the project’s methodology and purpose, and are relevant to the same target population.


The increased burden is estimated to be minimal. The burden per response will increase from 30 minutes to 35 minutes. The total estimated annualized burden will increase from 165 hours to 193 hours.
